Last night was “interview round” – and as promised, lots of tough questions for our bright-eyed candidates who didn’t fail to disappoint with their rather flamboyant CV’s!

Ben Clarke has been the latest apprentice to be given the boot from Sir Alan.
Although he did back the horse (a high value item with a lot of risk, but could and almost did pay-off) with Debra – I feel that the way she easily alienates people should certainly have meant early departure.

8 weeks in and with exception to Philip (who admittedly should have gone, but I thought we could have seen more from in future tasks), we’re now down to some real strong characters.
